Excellent service, they picked us up from the airport and took us to their air conditioned depot 10 minutes from the airport, everything was quickly explained and the car was ready for us, they also drop you off at the airport. Cars are in good shape. Reasonable rental rates, will use them again.

It was a very convenient when they picked us at the airport. My girlfriend and I rented out a Hyundai and it was clean and got us where we needed to go on our trip in Aruba

I needed a car on short notice and called Carvenience because they were the only place open before 8am. After a quick no-fuss call the pickup agent arrived a few minutes early. On the way there he explained the rules of the road and helpful tips along with showing me the closest place to gas up on the return. The car was like new and had excellent tires (bad tires seems to be a common complaint with other companies). The car was great and upon returning, their shuttle was running late so one of the agents took me to the airport. Pricing is competitive with everyone else. Carvenience also supports United Dogs Aruba so they get extra points from me. Will definitely use them next time we are in Aruba

Delighted with the service received from CarVenience. It started right from the time I booked through a third party (Expedia), which surprised me. They re-confirmed the date and time of our flight and told us how they would meet us (we knew their location was off-site, which no doubt explains their low rates to a large extent). It is literally less than 5 minutes from the terminal. They went around the car with us, told us what to expect and didn't pressure us for upgrades or extras we didn't need. The car was in mint condition, apart from a few dents. Same when I returned the car. Christopher, who was again extremely friendly and helpful, went out of his way to drive me back to my destination. From begfinning to end, an extremely pleasant experience.

We always use Carvenience. New cars, friendly service and great prices. We have a house in Aruba and we recommend it to all our guests staying there as well! See you next month :)

Best car rental on Aruba Island. They pick up and drop off. Great Hyundai cars and low prices. Three day minimum rent.

The place operates rentals by many names, not that it diminishes the quality. The only drawback that I could see is that it is located out of the airport so you would need to know to look for the guy to pick you up just outside the baggage claim.
Once picked up you will be shuttled to their location and after that the process is smooth and straight forward as can be. Cars are clean and well maintained though not exactly new and also have some after market systems installed like security, which adds some things to remember for those used to factory standard stuff but it's not bad.response / report this review -

Excellent rental car company, great rates, good cars. Hassle free pick up at the airport and return, off airport location is less than 5 minutes away. We had a slight mishap with the car and it was handled very fairly and professionally. Would definitely rent from them again.

I would give them 0 star if I could. Say one thing and do another. We ended up having to use taxi upon arrival because they would not drop car off and then had to use taxi again for departure. Why bother?

Was very happy with the service, and glad we didn't settle for a bigger rental chain. Pick up and drop off from airport, most reasonable rates we found for an underage driver, and great people all around. We had a Hyundai Grand i10 as our rental car and it was given to us in great condition, very clean. This small car was perfect for getting around the island!
