  I have been coming to aruba for 20 years. I always use top drive car rental. Their cars are always in great shape. I always get the car I order they have never substituted a different car. They are very flexible and work with me on what ever I want
  I have spoken to many of my friends who have used other companies ( many of them national companies) I have heard stories like they did not have a car for them or the car they order was replace with a much smaller car.
  Again I used top drive every year for over 15 years I have never found any problems with their service or cars. Plus they have very good pricing

  I paid for my car rental ahead of time but by the time I got to Aruba I found out that I was unable to rent a car due to my age being under 23. Although the law was an inconvenience to me, Top Drive did an outstanding job helping me in any way they could! They drove me to my airbnb so they knew I got there safely, gave me a refund and even drove my refund to me because I had no way to get there. They showed outstanding customer service, care, dedication and one of the workers, Wish, was so nice and helpful! If I would have attempted to rent a car from any other company, I would not have been shown this same level of customer service. Rent from them!

  We rented from Top Drive Sept 16 -23 this year. The representative met us right outside the airport and drove us in their van to their office. The car was practically brand new, I was in and out in 5 minutes (they even said we know you want to get going not waste vacation time!). The return was just as easy! Only 5 minute ride to the airport and by the time our luggage was loaded in their van, they had checked the car and I signed the paper and done!

  Just got back. Second time I rented a Jeep from these guys in the past 2 years. Service was excellent. They are all helpful and friendly. I rented the 2016 Wrangler 4x4 Soft Top. The Jeep was in great condition. I took all the insurance. They assured me that if I got a flat tire off road, they would find me and bail me out. They told me it happens a couple of times per week. I went off road three times, and to restaurants at night, and fortunately I never got a flat.

  We reserved a min van but when we got there (last week) the van was not available so they provided a bigger (new) van at the same price! When you're driving around Aruba you'll notice all the Top Drive vehicles and the new clean condition they're in. You cant go wrong with this car rental company. They pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Great new vehicles, competitive price, and great service!

  Top Drive is a friendly local car rental company. We decided to rent a car for a couple days to see more of the island. The car was in fine shape and it was fun to explore. I managed to dent the lower door on one of the giant yellow roof supports at SuperFood. When there's a problem it's a good test of a company. Turns out the team at TopDrive was very helpful. They offered a very reasonable cost for a local bodyshop to fix. I went with the credit card insurance so the cost was a bit higher and the manager, Mr. Krohn, was very helpful getting the paperwork and helping me to resolve the claim. I had a chance to interact with four different people at TopDrive and all were friendly and genuinely service oriented. It's hard to find companies like that anywhere!
