  Lovely old Cunucu house transformed into 8 large apartments. Close to the tourist area only a 2 minute drive. Best value for your dollar. Half the price of tourist hotels

  Very convenient location tucked away in a quite residential neighbourhood. The price of the accommodation is very reasonable compared to the highrise or low rise hotels. In this residence you take care of your own food (i.e. purchase from supermarket or restaurants). The residence only has about 7 rooms and the residence manager occupies one of them. Each room has an entrance from the pool deck.
  
  The facilities are very clean and each room has a decent selection of amenities, fridge, stove, coffee maker, A/C, cooking apparatus, and camping chairs that really come in useful when going to the beach so that you don't have to pay for deck chairs every time. Each room had lounge chairs and a table outside which was really nice to enjoy breakfast with a view and in a serene environment. The inifinity pool has a really nice view of the typical Aruba environment. The residence is also about 3 - minutes drive from the beach (Arashi, Malmok). The high rise area is within a 10 minute drive.
  
  Cleaning staff was very nice and they did the room everyday (fresh towels, did the bed, cleaned the floors etc.). Doing the dishes is your own responsibility. Checkout is very flexible. They didn't seem to have a fixed checkout time. We ended up leaving around 12.30 since our flight was at 3.30.
  
  Henk, the residence manager also met us at the airport since we rented a car from him. Very nice guy to deal with. I strongly recommend to stay here.

  Very proud of myself for finding this gem! Great location, close to Palm Beach, Eagle Beach and Arashi beach- but not on beach road. With a car (that they even provided for me for a small charge right on site) everything was very close. Room was very comfortable and spacious.
  Full fridge was great for breakfast and lunch supplies - for a beach picnic- and to keep our beer chilled.
  The gorgeous infinity pool is literally 7 steps from your door- all rooms share . Each room has a little private area in front of the pool, nice for nightcap or coffee time .
  Brilliant area at pool to talk with neighbours and if you're lucky- the owners. Henk the manager was there for anything you needed- he's so friendly and helpful.
  Free Wifi and parking was provided, not much more your could ask for. With Many grocery stores only a store few blocks away, everything you need is not far from the quiet and peaceful Westpunt.
  Writing this review makes me miss this place- Hoping to be back very soon..

  Quiet place, you need a car if you are renting here but will be absolutely worth it, very and organized clean facility everything that you need to spend pleasant days in Aruba. Recomendable, limpio, silencioso, comodo!
