Very friendly and polite staff, from cleaners, waiters up to the Pit boss.
However while playing table games there is this monotonous baffled sound., were one can only hear the percussion. Since it is so monotonous it becomes very irritating.
Learned that it is a Latin rhythm called Reggaetoon. It appears to be popular among youngsters. Although there as good as no youngsters gambling there.
I wonder why can't they play music that caters to the age group of the gambler sand guests?response / report this review -

Newer place but not much variation in the casino and had to go when I couldn't take the cigarette smoke needs better ventilation.

Trying to get a drink in there is near impossible. Past years no problem, don't know if they cut staff. We tip each time so that is not the problem. Step it up Alhambra, we have donated a lot of money through the years.

Mostly slot machines but there are also Craps, Roulette, Blackjack &, Poker tables as well. Despite the air con it was still quite a smokey atmosphere. There is a bar and a number of TV screens showing various sporting events.

On of the oldest casinos in Aruba. And it is one of the fews independent casinos compared to others that are affiliated to hotels and resorts. You get old machines of coins and new machines of tickets. Atm. Free drinks and snacks. Table games. And spacious parking space. Next to a mall with variety of restaurants and convenient stores.

Great place to gamble and if your lucky Stella the cocktail waitress will be working. She is the sweetest little lady. Half the Employees here are friendly and happy to serve you the other half its a bother to even talk to you.

Casino it's self was nice. However, for someone not looking to spend big or play any real games, I just wanted to order some drinks and stay on the slots . I was waiting for service for ever, and they were standing around talking to locals, and turning off the service buttons on machines that people had walked away from, but not helping those who actually needed service. No bar to order from . Waited probably 30 + minutes, for a beer. Really? We left and went to glitz casino . (Not much bettter- go to crystal)

Did not use the casino, but the mall is pretty, one can enjoy Colombian coffee, pizza and chicken wings. Also nice souvenir shops

The casino itself has a pretty intense smell of cigars and cigarettes from the minute you walk in. However, every casino in Aruba smells this way so it's hard to fault them. Until laws regarding indoor smoking change, expect no different when you go.
The casino is of decent size with adequate lighting and clean restrooms. There are plenty of machines ranging from standard slots to multi-line digital games; also plenty of tables for cards, roulette and craps.
In a more recent development, the area around the casino has been outfitted with restaurants, convenience stores, coffee establishments and tourist-level shopping. A fantastic edition if you want to escape the casino for a bit.
