Los empleados son muy atentos, cuentas con los servicios de traslado, ayuda con tus dudas y facilidad de acceso hacia el centro y viceversa, pero puedes mantener toda la ntimidad que quieras, son muy considerados con tus deseos de privacidad

Los departamentos son cómodos, 2 camas matrimoniales, aire, tv con cable, pileta chica pero con este mar nunca nadie la utilizo.

Excelente hotel, es perfecto para pasar más de 1 semana ya que es un apartamento completo con cocina, se ahorra mucho en comida además está muy cerca de la avenida principal y de las playas

Very poor no hot water. Stay somewhere else, how can this possibly be a 3 star hotel? There is no way! Seriously how can none of the other reviews not even mention that they don't have hot water? It's not even offered at hotel!!!!! They were very nice to me to start, but then refused to give me all my money back. I pre paid thru priceline for 6 nights. And I needed out of this hotel, started feeling sick after staying there one night. I'm sure all the other reviews posted are friends and family of the owners. Just plain wrong that they would deceive and rip off tourist. Not a very welcoming country if they allow these business practices. Save your money for a better place, don't waste it here.

Awful place to stay. The owners are con artists! We were told we could have a late check out until 12 o'clock but at 11:45am the receptionists knocked at the door asking for $10 usd because we were late checking out after saying it was ok the day before! Also the return airport shuttle stops at 10:30am but there are no notifications regarding this. We had to pay $15 for a taxi. On leaving we had a big argument with the staff so be warned they are con artists out to make money. The rooms also stunk, the pool was filthy and the wifi was rubbish. The toilet was leaking for over two days and this was never fixed after I reported it. On the last day I had to lift the porcelain cover off and pull the lever to flush the toilet. This was supposed to be a holiday! There are many other places to stay on the island for the same price and better quality. It's very isolated to!

Excelente atenciónbien ubicada y en un lugar bien tranquiloademas de que tienen apartamentos bien amplios o bien mas pequeños segun el gusto de cada quien. Ambiente familiar perfecto para ir con los niños ya que los apartamentos (tipo estudio) tienen su cocina. Totalmente recomendado
