Do I need a Keyfob to Enter The Gym??
No, Simply download the GymMaster app after signing up, log in and access our gym by tapping the Bluetooth check-in or scan the QR code at the door. If your would like a keyfob, please contact us and we will organise one for you free of charge.
How do Casual Memberships work??
As a casual member, You will be charged per entry. Download the GymMaster app after signing up, log in and access our gym by tapping the Bluetooth check-in or scan the QR code at the door. Billing will occur within 48 hours after entering. If you leave and return within 2 hours, you won't be charged again. You only need to sign up once.
How do I Cancel or Pause my Membership??
Easy! Simply tap the Menu button in GymMaster, navigate to Memberships and choose either Cancel or Hold.
What is the Minimum Term for Cancelation??
You may cancel anytime on our app. If you choose to email us instead please allow upto 30 days for the process to take effect.
When will my Account be Charged (Payment Schedule)??
For casual members you are charged within 24 hours of accessing the gym. For direct debits you are charged weekly from the day you signed up.
