Typically, we request a lead time of 1-2 weeks to fulfill orders. However, we strive to accommodate all deadlines. Please feel free to contact us to confirm your specific requirements. - Do you have a minimum order quantity??
For sports, corporate awards and engraving services there are no minimum order quantities. - How do I obtain a quote or find out the costs??
To obtain a copy of the relevant catalogue price list, please send us an email with your request. Alternatively, if you have a specific award code in mind, please mention it in your email, and one of our sales team members will promptly respond to you with the pricing details. - Do you provide engraving artwork prior to production??
For all corporate award, custom award, and supplied giftware orders, Platinum Awards provides engraving artwork/proofs as a standard service. You can review and approve the engraving proofs before finalizing the order. If you are placing an order for sports awards or trophies, engraving proofs are available upon request. - Do I collect my order or are you able to deliver to me??
You can either collect your items directly from our showroom, or we can arrange for delivery to any location within Australia.
