Having worked in the public mental health system for a number of years, Lorren’s expertise lies within the assessment and treatment of adolescents and adults presenting with a broad range of issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, past trauma, personality disorders, suicidal ideation, non-suicidal self-injury, adolescent issues and parenting concerns.

Leigh works with older adolescents and adults of all ages, treating a variety of presentations including depression, anxiety disorders, and stress and has a special interest in working with eating disorders, body image and trauma. Leigh is an attachment and trauma informed therapist and her work is supported by over 20 years experience in the NGO and private sector.
Leigh provides a non-judgemental and respectful approach to therapy, working collaboratively with her clients to support their needs and goals. Leigh aims to treat and support the whole person, integrating evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Schema Therapy, and Eye-Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).

Her background in behaviour-based therapy, coupled with experience under the NDIS umbrella, equips her to address a diverse range of needs.
