Tiled Concrete Roofs
Tile concrete roofs are very common, especially in homes built 10-30 years ago. A roof restoration on a concrete tile not only adds value to the home but also protects the tile from deteriorating and breaking down. Adding many years to your roof and preventing a required re-roof.

Metal and Zinc Roofs
Metal roofs are becoming more common in new builds as they are more cost-effective and lighter on the home structure. Restoring your metal roof protects the metal from the coating breaking down leaving the metal bare and prone to rust. Frequent roof restorations of a metal roof will prolong the life of the roof while adding curb appeal to your home.

Colorbond Roofs
Colorbond is a brand name of metal sheeting, otherwise known as metal or zinc roofs. It is the most common brand used on the roof of homes and when newly installed comes pre-coated. This coating will break down over time and to ensure your Colorbond roof is not left exposed to the elements and prone to rust, it is recommended to restore your Colorbond roof every 10-15 years.

Slate Roofs
Not common in Australia, slate roofs are more of a special tile on a custom-built home. If requested we can certainly restore a slate roof.
