  Definitely not getting what you pay for there was visible rust in the bathroom, spa looked old and used plus was missing a button on the water outlet and the luxury it boasts isnt there on arrival, staff aren't the most friendly

  Just arrived and very happy with the room we are in. Kim at reception was great. I had read mixed reviews so was a little apprehensivebut, it's all good. It's not 'luxurious' but it's clean and has a good atmosphere.
