Fantastic customer service and top quality product. Had a small issue with my desk when it arrived and the customer service rep went out of her way to rectify and even organised a complimentary desk accessory as compensation.
Desk is fantastic and exactly as described. Only thing I'd note would be you have to be paitent with delivery as it can take a few weeks.response / report this review -

Ordered corner desk mid November 2020 to wfh. Had to buy a temp desk cause they wouldn't update me or offer tracking on where my order was Order got finally dispatched to Melbourne warehouse in mid Feb 2021.
Got a call from Melbourne warehouse to say they stuffed the order and it's incorrect Promised delivery from their warehouse person multiple times. Received text to say order was finally coming first thing 9am 21st Feb Saturday morning. Cleared my room in preparation for order on Saturday.
No show on Saturday, no update, and no replies to text messages asking for update. Had to move everything back inside just incase it rained. Feel like the warehouse guy is dodging me and giving me the run around.
I'm actually appalled by the service and consistently being let down by this company. Sure the desk might be great (when I get it I'll be able to confirm) but the experience I've had thus far has been nothing but empty promises.
Little while I'm out 1500+ dollars with nothing to show for it.
(UPDATE 1.03.2021) Senior management personally got in contact and was able to resolve my issue. They provided insight into why this had all happened and even made the trip down to me personally to apologize. They additionally offered to help me set up the desk. I walk away enlightened and a happy customer. Thanks for turning my frown upside down. It's rare that management from businesses take time out of their day to personally reach out to help their customers. Safe to say they really do care.response / report this review -

Lovely people to deal with and a genuine family-owned business that cares for its clients. My order was delayed just before Christmas due to logistics issues and I was really struggling to WFH. The wonderful parents of the owner of the business went out of their way to personally deliver my desk to me. That kind of old-world care is hard to come by these days. The desk is great, and I'm happy to support an Australian family-owned business!

My new Zen space desk exceeds all my expectations about quality of finish and how well it works. It looks beautiful, The mechanism is quiet and smooth, and I could tell while assembling it that the quality of materials is excellent. Love my bamboo desktop! Assembly was quite straightforward - the online video instructions complemented the really thorough written manual that leaves a certain Swedish company’s assembly instructions for dead! Would highly recommend getting the cable management tray, and I also got the power boards, to plug everything in neatly.

So happy with my new sit-stand desk! Not only does it look beautiful, it's mechanism is so smooth and quiet. I love that you can pre-program the heights too. It was easy to put together and is really sturdy. Dealing with their customer service was a joy too. I would definitely recommend Zen Space Desks!
