By far the WORST student loan company!!!!!!!!
Service rep Levy-Joy and manager Glenda are useless !!!!!!!!!

They don't understand anything you say even though they tell you they understand. They won't answer your questions. I have spent the past week trying to sort out something and they haven't helped at all. I have wasted all my energy on yelling at them, just to basically be told that they just want the money and don't care about your circumstances. The service rep Levy-Joy and even the manager Glenda are USELESS.
They have no sympathy or compassion.
Their lifeless, mono-tone voices are extremely annoying, not to mention the amount of times they both cut me off mid-sentence and talked over the top of me.
