Went in there 2 days to have a look spoke to a worker had a look at 2 bikes for my 5 year old

Came back today with my son so he could pick which 1 he wanted walked straight up to 1 of the bikes and sat him on it.

As I approached the second bike was asked if I wanted any help I said not neccesary as I only want to look at 1 other bike.

Got told this isn't Kmart and i can't just test every bike in the shop in a very rude manner.

Ended up leaving as
I was walking out over heard the guy saying we were riding all the bikes around the shop.
I confronted the guy and was told
'Yeah well I own all the stock so yeah!!!'

Very very poor customer service will not reccomend to anyone

After a couple of hours of unsuccessful struggle, trying to adjust malfunctioning brakes, I took the bike to this shop. The nice young mechanic did a PERFECT job, and the bike now works better than it ever has.

A good local bike shop, offering nice deals on mountain bikes in particular. A good place to buy except that one salesman is much too pushy. Great range of accessories. The servicing is a bit hit and miss though.

Purchased a Norco from them and felt like they used high pressure sales. The bike ended up being was poorly assembled, costing me more.

At least the shop has everything you could need, just make sure you research yourself before going in.

Staff are mostly helpful, very occasionally particular staff have been short, almost rude. Staff work hard for your sale, and are willing to meet you on price.

Their service is bad, I ordered some gloves and they said that they would be there in 2-3 days and it's been 4 weeks and still haven't called me to pick them up, I was not satisfied, please do not go to this bike store

The fantastic service that these guys provide starts when you walk in the door and never ends. Their after sale service is just as top notch as pre-sale.

I've had a few issues with a bike I purchased there, not their fault at all, but they looked after me all the same. Their level of professionalism in sales, service and knowledge is hard to come by these days. Thanks to you all.
