  Hv used WR Gay services for my rodents infestation over the years. From calls to Naomi, to the pest controller at top of ceiling - their services are top notch! Very sincere to help with extermination with good price, honour their guarantee period with no fuss and friendly services.

  From the first phone call they were extremely helpful and informative regarding my European Wasp nest issue. Had a guy (Adrian i think his name was) come out next day bang on time.again was very friendly and informative. Most importantly he was very efficient in killing the nesttook 10 mins and no more wasps within the hour. Plus it's guaranteed for 1 month. Can't fault them

  Naomi and the team were incredibly helpful. I thought I had a problem but after quickly emailing them some photos they were able to ID the pest in question immediately and let me know there was nothing to worry about and no treatment was necessary.
  
  Lovely to have such amazing service even when they weren’t able to sell me something. If I ever do have a problem in the future I’ll be calling them first!

  I was very happy with the quick response to a concern I had at my business regarding a bee infestation. Aedan who attended was punctual and very professional, taking the time to explain the treatment process to me. Within a matter of hours the bee problem has been fixed. Highly recommend.

  WR Gay got rid of our rat problem in about 1 week. They said it would take a week and really I didn't believe them. But they were right. No more rats in the roof or the walls. Highly recommend!

  i had massive invasions of house ants over spring & summer last year, not only did they get rid of the first lot, they came back & sprayed again under the warranty period. I believe they only had to come back the 2nd time because of the sort of property we have & the apparent prolific nature of pest bugs throughout Melbourne in part due to unseasonal weather.
  I found the guys to be punctual, friendly, reliable & informative. It's amazing how many home service businesses out there are none of those. I highly recommend WR Gay Pest control.

  I used this company for a mouse problem we had in my daughter’s home. We had tried everything to get rid of them.
  
  Spoke to a lovely lady who went though all our options and explained everything in detail.
  
  Costs were very reasonable, and the mouse problem was solved quickly and efficiently.
  
  I found them to be trust worthy and highly recommend them for their honest appraisal and great results.

  We have been using WR Gay Pest Control for many years since they helped remove a wasp nest we when first had kids. Always reliable, professional, honest and we never have to ask them back.. as the pest problem sorted
