  Shop here all the time staff are always friendly & helpful. Store upgrade has made it more inviting.

  My only complaint is with Juilie. Often complains about her work colleagues and sometimes comes across very rude. All other staff are friendly and very welcoming. Will not let one employee stop me from shopping there.

  Great selection of fresh produce and groceries together with good customer service and a top location makes this store one of the better Woolworths stores.

  Service: Average quality of retail service
  Products: Unusually wide variety of items, especially "gourmet" items. Might be competing with IGA ((Ritchie's) Dromana which is excellent. Fabulous special on the last couple of days: Fresh salmon for $10 per kilo.

  A bit of an old run down store, everything looks in need of replacement or refurbishment.
  The quality of the produce is below average and half of the meat fridges have been filled with dry goods just to fill the space.
  Staff tell me they have been waiting for an upgrade to the store for over 4 years and it keeps getting cancelled. Other local stores have much better produce and displays.
  Even the roof leaks in multiple areas which the staff just put buckets to collect the water.
  Woolworths wonder why the profits are falling when it's about the whole shopping experience.

  We love this shopping centre as this is the one that we as a family frequently use for our grocery needs. Staff are friendly and many weekly specials.

  Fairly standard moderately sized woolies. Not a massive selection but all the essentials you'd expect. Staff were polite and respectful.
