Very big supermarket. Perhaps too big as hard to find some items. Terrific options of items though.

The deals on Safeway are family focused. So more likely to suit families than singles or even couples. I do like getting products there and don't mind serving myself. The customer service is marvelous. I only have praise for Woolworths. They've stayed similar to their Safeway ways. Just do bulk shopping from aldis but go here after hours or for certain products. If anything I would like to smaller meat trays for singles/couples put out on specials daily. Direct toward those on budgets.

Easy parking and can do washing at laundromat. Only problem is when something on in town like the energy run thing people fill the car park and take the trolleys filled with esky etc and take them down to the event. Twice now We have had to shop at Coles under sufferance due to no trolleys. We come once a week and usually spend over two hundred dollars at Woolworths. This seems to be an ongoing prob and needs to be addressed.

The staff are horribly rude and stand around talking pretending to not see the customers. When you do FINALLY get served at the counter, prepare yourself for some of the most unfriendly, rude people you will ever encounter; more often than not they don't even speak past 'what do you want' accompanied with the stink eye.
Out of the few months I have lived in Maryborough, and the frequent trips to wollies (close to everyday- either Myself, sister or mother) we have only been attended to by very few staff that weren't horrible at their job.
-9999999/5 If you have the option, NEVER go here.
How did these people even manage to keep a job!? Where is management and what on Earth are they off doing that they can't see this??
