  Went to the Charlestown salon to have my hair blonded. Asked for an all over clean blonde look. Left with red and white stripy hair. I understand mistakes can be made and that their is a process to going blonde though when I was quoted I was told I could go blonde all in one go- hence why I was okay with paying over $400. While I was there I didn't end up getting toner or a hair cut, though I was still charged for it. They refunded this amount though I didn't receive it in my account for 2 weeks. I rang the girls at Charlestown up and said I wasn't very happy with my hair (this was maybe 2 days later). So I was scheduled into a new appointment to have my hair fixed. I asked to go to the Kotara branch on a Saturday. I had to take annual leave from work to go to this appointment. Arrived at the Kotara site where the rudest employee I've ever met sat me down, and then told me to pretty much get out unless I pay full price because "You're not my client?!" and "I don't know you?" and she "Didn't get into hairdressing to do free hair".
  
  Honestly, the girls at the Charlestown branch were so lovely. I have no issue with them what so ever. Both Emma's that I had were so professional. I understand that mistakes can be made hence why I wasn't upset when my hair was originally not how I wanted. But the girls at Kotara have literally ruined all chances of me going back.
  
  Pretty disappointed :/

  This is the best hair salon ever! The staff are so polite, helpful and really well trained! It's clean, professional and also stocks good products. Had an really good experience here and will definitely advise it to anyone.
