First time ever but had to buy a car over the internet as my Prado was totalled when a road train run into the back of it on the Gibb River Road in the Kimberly's WA. Searched the net and the only Prado that met my needs was in Wonthaggi Toyota. Rob O'Neill was fantastic to deal with over the phone and delivered what was promised. Had to have car freighted up to Derby some 7000kms. Unfortunately the airbags on the rear failed so rang up WT and no problems get it fixed under the warranty.

Needed a car for a day to look at rental homes (mine boiling and nearly dead). I asked for details ie. paperwork,Licence etc. I asked specifically from Jarod (Don't know the correct spelling and didn't bother after treatment received) as to everything I needed to bring with me.He said all I needed was my Licence.
When I arrived, I had cash deposit. The deposit was coming out of the money I had for the new rental so I needed to know this cash would come back to me without delay. When I tried to give the cash, Jarod told me the Insurance Company demanded payment by card only. Jarod said the deposit would be in my account the next day (of course).There are many of you reading this who have been burned by this sort of salesman's bullshit. I was forced to drive back into Wonthaggi, wait 30 mins to be served and then get back to Toyota (My wreck is smoking and stinking and derrr, this is why I needed a rental!) At this stage I had 15 mins to get to Venus Bay.I had allowed an hour and a half for the rental's paperwork. OK, I said, Now can we move this along as I am now late for all of my appointments. Jarod immediately became very terse and said "Hang on a minute! I have to finish this paperwork, then you have to go over to a different department, (ON THE SAME LOT),to pick up the keys and then deal with all THIS departments paperwork. With complete confidence I called Jarod incompetent and walked out. Are you people serious! The one star above is given ONLY because I could not post without a rating. In fact, 0 stars.
