Worst service ever.
I had been a customer for a while with this store. In the beginning i was amazed at their wide range of beads. After many transactions, i noticed 1 bag of beads was suppose to have 10 but only 7. I simply pointed this out (no shouting, not being rude) but she never apologized but threatened me that she will call the police and made some racist comments. I will never go back to this store even if she give everything for free. Good luck to everyone else.response / report this review -

Visited this store two weeks ago and was so overwhelmed with the amazing selection of jewellery making supplies. The choices are amazing and quality just as amazing! The owner Francis (I'm pretty confident that's her name) is friendly and helpful and lovely to chat with! Can't wait to go back!

Very professional and welcoming with well presented and organised products at a great price. Been there just once with my little baby boy and it was a great experience. I'll be back for more - it's great when the owner and staff really love what they do. Thank you!
