Stayed two nights late mid week last week and was very comfortable. Nice clean linen bathrooms and rooms for a good price. No air con but a fan is all you need. Food was great too and friendly helpful owners nothing was a problem would stay again. Cheers

Basic accommodation, but you get a bedroom to yourself with common areas for bathrooms, toilets and TV lounge. Cheerful helpful service.

Amazing steak, it was huge and one of the best I have had in a very long time - well done to the chef. Staff were very friendly and easy to chat to. Great value for money. This is where we will be bringing our visitors for a meal out.

Delicious. It may be because I've been climbing all day, but the Hawaiian Parma definitely hit the spot.
Delicious salad combo, 5 different types of salad. The other people who ordered veg were delighted with the cheese sauce over them. The owner even pulled down the blinds to stop the sun glare.

Will come back next time we're in the area.

Friendliest Pub I have stayed in. Bruce is a great host. He and Adele took over the Pub about a year ago. The locals in the Bar are all very friendly and talkative. The bistro has very nice meals and they are quite cheap compared to most Pubs. Rooms and facilities are old but clean. Secure parking for my motorcycle. The best Pub stay for the money I have ever had, by a long shot. Even walking down the Main Street everyone I passed either said hello, nodded or smiled. I will definitely stay here again and bring some friends. The only negative is that the conversation in the Bar was so good that I stayed there too long and drank too much.
