Never been a Westpac customer before. Had to schedule an appointment at this specific branch because they were not able to mail the paperwork required to open a new joint account to a closer branch (I live in Belgrave). Arrive 20 mins after scheduled time to sign 2 papers and was scolded by the bank manager Loreta for being late. Definitely did not win over a new customer. I won't ever be using any Westpac services for personal banking in the future.
