  Pretty expensive for pretty average fish and chips. PS don't touch the tables outsideI don't think they have ever been cleaned and feel like grease traps.

  Best fish and chips on the south coast and none of the attitude you get at some other highly rated chip shops! Like all popular places, particularly ones like this that are located so close to tourist parks, it can get bloody busy. So if you want an evening meal here in the summer my advice would be to phone it in or settle down for a bit of wait out the front. The food is awesome, freshly cooked and delicious and in many, many visits I've never had a bad meal.

  It's a bit of a hike for Sydneysiders but worth the effort. The best fish and chips and served in the traditional newspaper. Just a stone's throw away from the beach.

  Pleasant place to have a lunch, mainly if you like fish and chips. But my husband and I ordered different meals and came all together. I ordered grilled fish and I got a fried fish, very hard and everything in a paper plate and rolled in paper and newspaper. It's no very nice. They should change to rise the quality.

  Best fish n chips, lots of choice on the menu for the whole family. Good clean flavoursome fish. On busy days (weekends), try and order your lunch early, as there can be a wait for food and a table.

  I don't say this lightly; the greatest fish and chips I have ever had. I've been up and down the Australian East Coast from Cairns to Melbourne and have had fish and chips at most towns along the way. Gerringong has now become my family's go-to place for weekend getaways and it's primarily due to this fish and chip place.
