I've been taking my cars to Wayne Phillis Automotive for the last 10 years and have never had a problem. They're always great to deal with and are friendly and helpful. I always get a phone call telling me exactly what needs to be done and how much it will cost before they do it. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I was told that they would need my car for several hours and would let me know via phone call when ready. The 60000 km 'service' actually took about an hour (if that) costing me well over $400.00. I also received no phone call. The Service Manager was not very friendly and appeared disinterested. Seemed an imposition for him to adjust my invoice as requested. According to the last 4 years service records my brake pads haven't worn at all. Amazing! Doubts about the cabin pollen filter EVER being changed during previous servicing arose too. I have serious doubts whether my car has been serviced properly at all over the past 4 years! To their credit however, I have since spoken with the Customer Relations Manager Chris Tune who has taken my concerns seriously. My car will be given a 100% check over at another service centre to determine any issues. Then I'll take it for an RAA inspection to make sure. Stay tuned for the follow up.

A comfortable, fully stocked waiting area (with Free WIFI) means I can relax in peace for those quick servicesand for when they have needed my car for longer services, I’ve been provided with a loan car to ensure I’m not left stranded without a vehicle.

If you do buy a car from the Wayne Phillis Reynella team, do yourself a favour and get it serviced there too. If you didn’t buy your car from them, there’s no issue taking your car there to get serviced eitherexpertise and great value for money.
