Room smells very musty , smoke alarm falling off roof and window crevices full of dirt and dead insects not cleaned for a long time.

We stayed on Xmas eve as we were down for a family event. We had fantastic service from the team, with them even ringing us to ensure we would be able to make it there on time for check in. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable, with the mini bar prices also being very reasonable. We will be staying again when we are down there.
