The experience I had with this mediation service was horrifyingly bad. I felt harassed, threatened, and victimised. I received multiple phone calls and text messages from the mediators outside of mediation trying to convince me to make decisions that didn’t feel were safe for me and overstepping their bounds as impartial mediators. Since moving to a new mediation service I have felt supported, heard, and my safety has been taken seriously. I do not recommend this company at all.

Waste of time and money. Went to mediation to settle the house etc, waited over a month to get the papers sorted only to find they had completely ballsed up the figures which was thrown out by the lawyer. Not happy Jan!
