Excellent service and caring and helpful. My GP told me I needed to have my eye checked as it probably had something in it and was extremely painful. I rang vision one and explained the issue and the lovely lady checked and fit in at 4pm. My eye is so much better. Thankyou

I highly recommend this optometrist. They're equipped to not only handle standard eye tests but they can also deal with more complex check-ups.
The only problem with them is when you are purchasing glasses or lenses from them. I had mine done for a whopping $400 just for the lenses to a frame I already had. First time around the prescription for the lenses were totally wrong and I was given excuses such as need to take a week or two to get used to them. After two weeks and something totally not right I got them to check again and indeed the prescription was wrong and had to change the lenses again. Second time around the lenses came and it was the wrong lenses for what I paid initially. After 3 months of waiting and my third lenses is here. Yet to collect it but I misplaced my glasses. Asked them to just give me the lenses and they wont do it yet I fully paid for it. I had to go find the glasses which was left at a restaurant and all they can do is compensate me $50 for my three months wait.
Good optometrist but don't recommend buying anything from them.

Highly recommend this optometrist. They're equipped to not only handle standard eye tests but they can also deal with more complex check-ups. I wouldn't trust anyone else to manage the health of my eyes. They don't push glasses if you really don't need them, unlike many other places. They've also got a number of specialised equipment to be able to do advanced testing. Their employees are so friendly and kind. You won't be disappointed visiting this place.
