We could not be more happy and impressed! A 3 week turn around from first point of contact to installation, with consistent communication and updates throughout the process. Absolutely incredible, especially as it's 5 weeks out from Christmas and holidays! The best value for money and service you will find in Cairns! If you need blinds, do not go anywhere else!

Just felt that I had to tell you how pleased we are with the blinds, we really are delighted with the final product and feel that it was worth all the - some time - stressful process of arranging something from one side of the world to the other!
Your two fitters were a credit to you - cleaning up after themselves & ensuring that we were happy before they proceeded.
The service that we received now was equally as good as we did when we first used you 15years ago and we would have no hesitation using you again as well as recommending to the many people who have so far admired your work.

Install was late.Had to wait till the moving day. Had a couple of improvements to be made which had to be constantly chased. Couple of the outstanding items have been chased for a good 6 months with promises of next week every time. If you can't meet a date-don't commit!

We are really happy with our roller blinds from Viewline Blind & Shade. Friendly, professional service from start to finish. They also provided assistance with colour matching for our blockout & sunscreen. Couldn't be happier- they delivered a quality product that looks great hanging in our home.

Very slow to get job done. I have been waiting now for 9 weeks to get my blinds. I was told it would be 4 weeks. I am tired of the excuses- I just want my blinds erected. Suggest you try elsewhere.
