  Kay Welsh was great to deal with, very helpful and communicated very promptly. The installation side of things has also been a breeze. The only downside has been the lead times on getting the final fittings installed - but this is often expected.

  The Blinds and Sheers have been installed and they look great. Extremely pleased with the Sheers, the material and colour is perfect. Kay's suggestions and expertise were spot on. It was nice not to have to go through lots and lots of samples before finding the right one. The installer Steve was also great. Lovely fellow and very helpful. Extemely happy with product.

  We have recently placed an order with Kay Welsh and her service and expertise was second to none. She was super responsive and presented great options for our full house fit out explaining the pros and cons of each option. She provided excellent service and I would highly recommend her should you need new blinds and curtains.

  Excellent service: Kay was extremely helpful, flexible and willing to go the extra mile. Blinds look fantastic throughout the house - great quality and professionally installed. I feel like its money well spent and has enhanced our homes look. Highly recommend.

  I was given Steve Dondas’s contact details from a girlfriend of mine, who highly recommended to use him.
  Apart from his great knowledge of products and different solutions to my window needs.
  I was blown away by his honesty and suggestions.
  I am so grateful that I went with his advice, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
