I am disappointed with the service.
I just came in to fix the side mirrors.
I paid and went to pick up my car, which had been parked all night in the street with the windows open. The mirrors work, but the windows can’t be closed because they installed the mirror incorrectly…they probably thought I wouldn't find out

The car was available for pickup in the morning (next day) I had to change my plans again and waited another few hours for the window to be repaired…

Very rude service, especially the boss.

I wasted money and time.
I'm so sad, it's time to find a new mechanic

Upfront and honest
I called Frank to to discuss my air conditioning fault and ask for an estimate over the phone given the fault description I provided ,he quoted an estimate of $300-$400 But when I took the car and he discovered it was only needing a regas. Frank fixed it on the spot for $150 with no nonsense.
Highly recommended. (Previously I had a aircon technician who couldn't get it to work!!)

I did not use their business but still have to pay them. very BAD experience ever!!! If you ask for repair quote for replacing a bulb, they say they need to open the car to take the bulb and provide a quote that makes sense, but after you don’t want to accept their quote of $200 for replacing a bulb, and then they will ask you to pay them $20 dollars for the couple minutes labour just because they opened my car to take out the bulb. If you are not happy to pay for nothing has been repaired, they won’t give your own bulb back! I paid the $20 dollars and got my car bulb back. The boss was happy then.

I have been to Frank a few times now. good old fashioned service and communication. I don't want to pay for a million dollar service department with flashy service bays. I want a business to know what your saying and want. be honest about my cars condition, make reasonable decisions and carry out the work so i have peace in mind on the road that my car is serviced and maintained properly. Frank and the team are great. Great pricing as well. Id highly recommend them.

One of the Worst service ever.
You would never ever find this type of irresponsible owner.
I had called and booked an appointment 2 days early and When I had been there they made me wait for hours together saying that We have many cars to be done.
And the So called Boss (I don't know his name) mate U seriously need a good interaction skills with Customers. The owner just yells up for nothing. You are the Boss only for your garage and Not for Customers. Try to provide a good customer service. And I had My car for Roadworthy check and they just come up with many faults for no reason. This is the biggest scam. I was quoted $2000 for faults in the Car, but none where true. Got my Roadworthy certificate with other provider at Last.

Busted my spare key at highpoint car park, called 100 places to get an emergency key, no one could help me on the same Day. So I had to tow the car towed. Called up this mob, let him know the situation. He had his own key guy that came out within hours n made a new key for a push button start Hyundai, and dropped the keys off to the mrs at home.

I had compared prices at a few places before checking with Frank for a quote. His quote was certainly reasonable compared to the other quotes and he gave me the confidence that it would be done well. He even called me halfway through the job to ask if I would like to paint up another scratch on the car (that I hadn't thought of fixing because it was minor) and said they would just do it as part of the job without any extra charges. Shows his professionalism to do the right thing. Went to pick up the car and was super impressed at the fix. My car looks brand new without the awful scratch and on top of it, he had the car professionally cleaned inside! I am super happy with the work and to have found this place to do my car repairs. Will be recommending to friends. Top job!!
