  Very disappointed the staff were extremely rude and disrespectful especially to a relative who was from overseas. The ladies who sit at the front desk were horrific and their behaviour was disgusting

  Real funny for vic roads booked in for driving test booked instructor with car , paid him $200 only 10 minutes before the test I found out that my leaner permit expired just few days ago, so now I have to book my learner test, then hazard test and then driving test again and not to mention that I took day off from work. Thanks vic roads Bundoora. Real effort you guys are putting in to annoy your customers and keep yourself busy. Thanks again.

  Poor customer service is VicRoad's specialty! Visited the Bundoora office at 3:15pm to obtain a new pair of number plates and hadn't been served by 4:00pm. Best part was I had to take an hour of work to get there before they closed since they aren't open on weekends! So that's an hours wage lost and nothing to show for it. You truly are the most poorly run business I've ever had to deal with.

  went in to discuss why my credit card was debited twice on separate days for a transfer car transaction, and that my bank contacted me for the unauthorised debit and had blocked my card. I was told by the unhelpful male at vic roads there was nothing he could do and to contact my bank. I tried to explain that no it was vic roads who needed to reverse the transaction but he told me that it couldn't be done and after three days to contact them again to organise a cheque to be sent out which takes two weeks. GREAT!!!! I have a blocked account, cant access funds, and still wondering who authorised the payment.
  
  Just to add to this. 2.56pm I have just got off the phone to a wonderful woman named Vicki who not only got me my refund, she dealt with the whole process, unlike the incompetent two from my previous post. Vicki you are a credit to Vic Roads, thank you for your professionalism and empathy of the situation.

  Had a good experience. Moved interstate and didn't realise I needed an appointment to transfer my rego, ladies squeezed me in to transfer my plates otherwise my car wouldn't of been drivable due to rego running out over the long Easter weekend. Very appreciated! Considering how many people they had waiting I spent less than an hour in there. Parking across in Coles, easily accessible.
