DON'T GO THERE, IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE NOTHING, THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE SCUMBAGS, THEY THINK PEOPLE WHO HAVE COME HERE TO MAKE A BETTER LIFE ARE JUST TRASH. THIS PLACE CAN CAUSE A MENTAL TRAUMA. YOU WILL FEEL THE WORLD IS SUCH A MEAN PLACE WITH PEOPLE WITH HATE IN THEIR HEARTS... EVEN THO YOU ARE THE MOST HUMBLE GENTLE PERSON EVER, THEY LOOK AT YOU IN A WEIRD WAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL IS THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. THEY ARE JUST READY TO ARGUE FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. AGAIN I REPEAT DON'T GO THERE.. CHERYL WAS HER NAME... SHE IS THE ONE YOU WOULD NOT WANT TO TALK TO EVER... RACIST, MAKES A QUICK JUDGMENT ABOUT YOU BEFORE EVEN TALKING TO YOU BASED ON WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE..

My wife went in for a drive test and the lady that took her only took her out for her drive test for about 15minutes. They went out together with another car that was doing their drive test and they got back way before that car. My wife had only done one stage of the test which the lady was suppose todo two stages and mark her performance every time but she done one stage and marked her off once and finished her drive test. I felt like a waste of $63 when they rush it like that. Think its better togo with a driving instructor so the testers at vicroads can do their job properly and wont just fail you so you can keep paying them for another drive test. # moneyhungery

Very bad experience in my life . Staff is very rude . I was on the time for my Driving test but I forget my id to bring . I request for 5-10mins extra that i will show my id . First Lady said , its ohk When i have shown my id after 10 mins she said , you have to book for test again . So that's why I am giving 1/5 .

very crowded, not enough car parks, every single customer service officer behind the computer gives u different answers. I once took a car for rego, before doing it so, i had check up my vehhicle for any VIV inspection and it didnt require one. Even when i rang to book an appointment i asked again whether it will need VIV inspection and i was advised that no it doesnt and when i got the vehicle there for rego inspection then guy said that it needs a VIV, despite of the fact that i showed all papers saying that it wont require one, he simply refused to register my car. so i booked an other appointment for next week and i approached another customer service officer and i got it registered no questions asked. so I was like what hell is going on here

It wasn't less than a worst nightmare. My issue wasn't addressed but was further worsened by vicroads. Having an original license from overseas wasn't accepted and tried to get me to go through Learner's again. They should understand the problems of overseas students. Most of them don't even know the exemptions available for Learner's permit.

So, headed down to Vic Roads yesterday to have my new trailer inspected and registered.
I made the appointment via phone a few days earlier and had printed/filled out the form beforehand.

Got there a few minutes early, parked up in the trailer/truck/caravan bay and went in.

Was directed to the relevant counter and as soon as I approached (hadn't even had time to find a seat) my name was called.

The whole process took less than 10 minutes. It took longer to drill and rivet the number plate on!

This was very similar to the experience I had 5 years ago when registering our previous trailer at the Camberwell office.

I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Vic Roads - it's a hard gig, they have their rules and often customers aren't sufficiently prepared for the process.

But if you take your time and get there ready to go - you'll be Golden!

Hi, i would like to give the star 1 because it's not in system where I can give the minus points. I am pregnant then after customer representative did not understand my situation. And also in morning I called the office where I can reschedule my appointment but they said I have to pay another time. Then after I went office then I asked again then after one guy from the office said now ok I can reschedule your appointment. And as condition we have one car so our friend drop me one hour ago. Then I don't have car so I request to that guy to take me early, so my husband can pick up after one hour, but he said I can do reschedule your appointment only. He know my situation but didn't listen. So overall it's very very poor customer service and not well educated people working over there. Thanks

Took my daughter for an L plate computer test and was treated rudely by some idiot who was directing people to the respective staff. Why cant they pay some more and get some educated, cultured and polite staff , rather than some stupid uneducated bogan scum.
