Today I visited their for transfer of my car the lady on counter number 8 is very rude and very bad customer service lady on counter number 8 Name (Dallas) is very rude and in conversation with me laughing at me and my friend. Seriously worst service ever seen in Australia. Looking forward to complain to manager.

That was the worst experience in Australia. I been here from last 2 and half year everyone is really polite and friendly. But 14th of September last Thursday after failing my driving test 2nd time due to different reasons i tried to know the reason. In the mean time manager lady came and she finished with words that instructor had the last decision. When i tried to explain her she ignored me as well main incident why I'm writing this. That manager lady ask me are you permanent or temporary. When i denied to answer that question she said conversation ends here as well when i was leaving she said if you are temporary you don't need our country licence. I really wanted to know what does it mean. At last i apologize for that instructor which took my test. But I'm looking forward to complain against that manager.
I went in on a Wednesday morning, and had my license renewed in less than 5 minutes. I was greeted by a staff member at the entrance who sent me in the right direction, and the woman who served me was quick and polite.
Came in today as my daughter had an appointment to do her learner permit test.

Small Vicroads centre and inconvenient parking, but still not a lot of people there,so I registered my car in 20 min . Compare with Sunshine it is much better. But Manager is same from Sunshine and She is not nice person, I argued with her personally .
Worst government departments of Victoria. Staff spend more time in gossiping rather than servicing customers, they don't know how to do their job properly. Terrible customer service at every branch

They gave me a drive check date 30 days after the first date. When checking the vacant appointments, there are many faster dates, but you must pay $ 17 to change the appointment
Hopeless - massive wait. Understaffed. Overworked.
