I have just received a valuation form Valuations SA at the cost of $935 and found it to contain errors and oversights. I did not receive the report within the 48 hours after the invoice was paid as promised, infact it took 8 days. The home is a 4 bedroom home and it was valued as a 3 bedroom home. When I called to respectfully speak to the Valuer, I was met by Lee who said he was the General Manager,. I found Lee to be very rude and dismissive of me by telling me to just put my concerns in writing. There was no customer support at all and at this point in time I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed I am sorry to say.

Being so busy, I don’t have a lot of time to fuss around with admin. But Valuations SA made it so easy. Once you fill out the form and send it through, everything is taken care of with minimal fuss. The communications with them are so easy and they are very responsive. Will definitively recommend.
