Instead of asking you where do you want to buy and rushing into a listing pool without knowing how much a property being recommended will mean to you, I will sit down with you and learn about your current expectation, your financial situation and your future plan, to make sure that my investment suggestion can actually maximize your profit, both in the short term goal and in the long run.

Instead of aiming at selling you whatever property in hand, I value more of building up a long term relationship with you. Because no matter how much information I can provide, I may not have the right property for you at anytime. However, I will make sure that once there is a good investment opportunity, you will be the first one to know about it, so you can make your own decision whether to buy or not.
