The best air conditioning experience I have had to date. Andrew was prompt, engaged and incredibly professional from quote right through to installation. He and his team showed up on time and completed some very difficult split system installs that look sensational. His attention to detail from wall mounting to outside unit was also exceptional. Putting it bluntly, if you are looking for a split system or ducted air conditioner don’t go anywhere else. Thanks again Andrew! Top bloke.

Andrew came and gave a quote arriving right on schedule. The quote was very competitive. Andrew and Mitch turned up to the job right on time. Then prodeeded to do the installation quickly, professionally and neatlly. They even tidied up after.
I recommend Urban Air Solutions very highly.

Andrew and his team did a great job at servicing and repairing one of our air-conditioners that wasn't working. He and his team were incredibly friendly and quick to find the cause of the problem. Andrew then went out of his way to squeeze us in that afternoon for the repair so we didn't have to wait weeks until he had his next available appointment (life saver as the air-con is in our babies room who is due in 2 weeks). He was very reasonably priced and we could not recommend him and his business highly enough.

Another Queensland day at the start of summer. It is hot and my air conditioner decided not to work. Most air-con companies are too busy
to even call back. Well, not quite. Andrew from Urban Air Solutions did call back and made an appointment two days ahead. Late the same afternoon, he called and said he could quickly come and see what was wrong. He quickly diagnosed the fault, kept me informed and went out of his way to install the replacement parts 6.30 am. on a Saturday. I still wait to hear back from some of the other guys.
  Great job Andrew! Thanks.
