Excited to try and reorganise transport for eleven people on a Saturday morning with no notice? Love the thrill of being palmed off with no apology?
  
  Then this is the limo company for you!
  
  They will keep you guessing the entire way through the booking and still demand more than a fair price. If you're lucky, they'll also show up with some half-empty bottles and glasses in the back - nothing sets the mood like a lack of hygiene and a reminder of the person who warmed the seat before you.

  Ridiculously unprofessional. These guys massively messed up our entire hens party booking and were not even close to apologetic about it. Were going to be over 1 hour late for our pickup, and didn't tell us this until after the pickup time - so we were left to arrange last-minute alternate transport. Then on the way back, they were 45 minutes late despite insisting they would be on time to prevent us cancelling the whole booking. Dirty glasses and half-empty champagne bottles in the back really were the cherry on top.
  
  In summary, avoid this company at all costs. Sure there are some good reviews on here but unless you want to take a 50/50 chance on whether they will even show up at all - don't bother.

  Booked with this company after being referred. Gave a deposit over the phone for a 300c white stretch. Needless to say i was shocked when my lovely bride showed up to the church in a black and pink hummer covered in Louis Vuitton stickers with no a/c and duct tape and self tapping screws holding the door card together. Not only that but we had an inexperienced driver and the tires were not roadworthy.

  Limo works was absolutely amazing! Our daughter booked a limo for her formal in April and that company cancelled on her at 8pm the day before. Our daughter was in tears. I called Limo works at 9pm that night and they worked tooth and nail to get a limo for her.. Chrissy and Andrew were nothing but accommodating and even called multiple times to keep us updated on when her limo would arrive to pick her up! Ian the driver was just wonderful with making there night a blast with playing music from my daughters play list for all the kids to sing along to while he drove them to their formal.. can not recommend this company highly enough. We have 3 more kids to finish school and we will without a doubt be using Limo Works.. thank you again guys. Your professionalism and customer service is second to none.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
  
  I hired a stretch Chrysler for my wedding day. I was called half an hour before the Grooms party was due to be picked up and told that they would be sending a bright pink hummer instead.
  The driver then proceeded to pick up the Grooms party, dropped them to the wedding venue 5 minutes down the road, then parked out the front and didn't continue on to pick up the bridal party.
  
  I ended up an hour late to my own wedding and was never picked up. I had to get two maxi taxis to take us to my own wedding, which added another $200 out of my pocket.
  
  I was never refunded the money I had paid for the service, this was in August last year. Every time I try to contact them about my promised refund, no one is available to talk.
  
  Very disappointing and over a thousand dollars out of pocket.
  
  AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING TREATMENT OF THEIR CLIENTS AND AM STILL AWAITING MY MONEY.
