Awesome first session with Dallas - I should have come a very long time ago when he was first highly recommended to me. I can see myself getting to where I want to be and am looking forward to session #2 next week 🤩
Love the reformer sessions given by UPR. No class the same and the instructors are awesome. Always keeping a watch that you’re doing the exercises correctly, and making alterations to accommodate any injuries one might have so you can still enjoy / take part in the sessions
I've been attending Reformer Pilates classes with Eliza at UPR both before and after my pregnancy, and I can't recommend her enough. Her expertise and support has been crucial in helping me regain strength and fitness postpartum. The classes are enjoyable and challenging, and she creates a motivating and positive environment. :)
After 20 months at UPR ,I'm feeling more confident physically and motivated to do home exercise during the week between classes . Joel my EP let's me exercise at my own pace, however Joel encourages me when I don't feel capable! I always feel great and more flexible after class ! Injuries I've had for years have had improvement also.Infact soon after I started , I noticed improvement ~thanks Joel !
All the staff are great and friendly and make me feel very welcome!
