  Great pub meals and Coopers Pale Ale on tap. What else could you want? Oh, oysters. They had oysters. Very nice.

  Absolutely beautiful place for tea. A nice old fashioned bar meal with mates and a couple of drinks, fantastic friendly service what more could you ask for.

  The oysters were a good size, we shared a dozen natural and Kilpatrick between us. These were washed down with a local sparkling white which complimented the dish.
  
  For mains I had the pasta marinara which was supposed to include Morton Bay bugs, which were totally missing. I did enjoy a local red wine with the meal but missed those bugs.
  
  The reason for only three stars was not only that the bugs were missing but the service was poor, very slow, as we waited approximately 25 minutes before the entrees arrived. The size of the meals were good.

  Honest pub fare, very reasonably priced esp at lunchtimes. Don't expect 5 star gourmet meals, but the what you get is good and very generous to boot.

  Very old and historic. Would be nice if they could include more history about the Hotel before it became known as the Tyson Reef Hotel. Nonetheless it is still nice to visit.

  Ate at Tysons on Saturday night & had a parma that was not only delicious but really well priced too!! Plenty of chips & veg with it as well :). Staff were friendly & helpful & there's always an awesome busy atmosphere. If you want a table though, especially a table inside now its getting cool at night, book ahead!! This place regularly packs out!

  Friendly staff, cosy and relaxed ambience. Good value bar menu. Plenty of shady kerbside seating. Good spot.

  the food was amazing and general staff where great!!, however we did book at 6:15 and by 6:45 we where instructed rudely to make our way up to order as the 6:30 rush would be coming through i have never been told to basically hurry up and order your meals & nor did i notice anyone trying to find a spare table, but generally a great pub with great meals
