Great trailer , pre sale and delivery service very good.

After sales support rubbish. Called them twice 3 weeks ago for a replacement light , never heard back. Planned additions ( gas bottle and jerry can holders ) to trailer will be done elsewhere.

Also told rear light had a 1 year warranty, ARK advised 5 years and supplied a replacement in 2 days.

A company thats proud of Australian production -- supporting our economy. I met with the owner and was impressed with their set-up and premises. Will keep an eye on their growth this year.
