  Came1.5hrs late. I had to call 3 times ask where the technician vs them being proactive and letting me know that they were late. Was not confident technician knew what he was doing. Recommend that if you are looking for pest control- Don’t use this co , unless you want to be disappointed

  David was my technician and he was wonderful. Had the issue of moths setting off my smoke alarm at 1am in the morning. Michael contacted me within an hour of me posting a add on Bark. They explained things to me and got the job done. After 24 hours I have not seen a sign of a moth. Reasonably priced. Did the job within 24 hours of speaking to them. Would highly recommend them.

  Discovered an ant problem upon moving into our new apartment. The technician (Dave) arrived within 1 hour and went above and beyond to sort out the issue, which wasn't straightforward and involved removing two heavy blinds (where the ants has decided to build their nest!). He was friendly, courteous and thorough and we are so thankful this issue could be resolved so promptly.

  There was a little miss understanding of the initial booking time but we we able to get it sorted. Roaches were finally gone after second spaying as outlined in the email. Very happy with the service
