Fantastic experience. Ian arrived on time, was totally charming and knowledgeable. House is now ant and cockroach free. Very professional service throughout the whole exercise. Would definitely recommend!

Had a carpet moth infestation that did not go away despite using multiple bug bombs. Saw Tom's ad on facebook. Phone call was quick and was able to secure a call out and treatment the next day ! Great communication explaining step by step the process and work was very thorough on the day. Highly recommended !

I had to do an emergency same day treatment and after trying several places who were all booked out, I contacted Toms. They were very understanding and even though it looked like they might not have been able to do it, they contacted their technicians, found an opening and helped me out of a serious bind.
Ian was very friendly, up for a casual chat while also going in and getting the work done within 10 minutes. He even managed to come earlier than the allocated time which was a plus for me. Would highly recommend this business to anyone needing pest control.response / report this review -

Great customer service and were easy to organise and adjust with me. Our person was a tad bit late but other then that they were efficient, reliable and affordable. We will be using them again in the future.

Early days yet as service was only two days ago and hence the four stars, but the gentleman who attended was very detailed in his explanation of problem and eradication method. Very polite and well presented. On time and the text updates of reminder and arrival are much appreciated.

Great people to deal with, honest quote and on time. We went from 50 pigeons using my solar panels & tv antenna as a community meeting place to zero within 24 hours. This was achieved without baiting or harming any of them. I thoroughly recommend them!

Provided adequate pest control services, awaiting its effect on the control of ants as this was only done 2 days ago.
Repeatedly had to ask the contractor to close the door behind him as he was going in and out, so as to not accidentally let our cat outside
Of course our cat escaped outside into the front yard, so not very far - the contractor offered to bring our cat back inside, so we thought he had some experience with cats.. I thought he would gently herd our cat back inside, instead he shouted at the top of his lungs, absolutely terrifying our cat. We hope to never see this contractor again.response / report this review -

Rarely do I feel the need to review anything. However the service was prompt despite my only calling two days prior. They arrived on time and text that morning to inform they would b e there. And the price was comparable with others. Great service thank you.

Forgot the guys name but very friendly British guy. Sprayed the house and laid bait traps. Called him back 4 weeks later as we still had signs of rodents. All baits had been eaten entirely so replenished the traps. Showed up exactly on time on both occasions and gave notice when he was 10 mins out so we were ready. Very professional service. I'll definitely keep them for our regular servicing.
