The bats were incredibly cute. It's a great opportunity to meet these amazing creatures up close. The staff were more than willing to talk a lot longer than the designated hour for the tour. After a tour of the hospital there is a place nearby where you can go to see the healthy bats fly off for the night to feed.

See bats up close, take pictures, ask questions, hear about the hazards they are facing. A very nice tour which took us about an hour an a half when we were there. Make sure you call them to see whether there are seats available. One tour per day only, no coffee shop, a very small gift shop to check out after the tour.

A great place to get up close and personal with a variety of injured and orphaned batty friends. Informative, caring and dedicated caretakers make it a relaxed learning experience. Well worth a visit. Donate generously! 😀

This amazing place is not just a tourist attraction, but a working facility for rescuing and rehabilitating the threatened Spectacled Flying-fox. The owner/manager is a recognised expert in the species and actively supports research and education about these fascinating and misunderstood animals. Definitely worth a visit and your support.

What a great place to visit. You get to be up close and personal with all sorts of bats and learn a lot on the way as well. They all are quite surprisingly exceptionally cute. The visit and tour are unforgettable.
