  Couldn’t be less helpful when I rang to see if I could get a quote for repair as per insurance company instructions. Asked me to do the running around for them.

  Popped in today to get a quote on a private job & they didn't want to know me.
  
  Basically they said they deal with insurance jobs only & it wouldn't be worth it and he pointed to all the cars waiting for repairs.
  
  I didn't have a specific time frame in mind but wanted to get the ball rolling.
  I told him I have the cash ready to go & there was still disinterest in the the job.
  
  I have had a private job done by them in the past so I know what the guy told me was untrue.

  These guys are so easy going and easy to deal with
  Wish I could say the same about the insurance company, but at least I didn’t have any dramas with the repair work itself
  This is my second time having my car repaired here in 7 years and both times have been simple and reliable
