  I would like to share my experience with this company and how they deal and talk to their customers. I am a new business owner and renovating my shop. Due to going over budget as the building is old and needs maintenance I need to cut back on luxury items. Unfortunately cutting back on all of my bathroom equipment from this company and many other produce too ( to which happily refunded) I found elsewhere with $2000 savings. Attached is the email from the manager from 'The Source in Norwood SA' to add to this, my order hasn't even arrived, we haven't had a phone call to say it has arrived. My interior designer has been spoken to so rudely and has had the phone slammed down on her conversation. I find the reply from the manger absolutely rude and against every customers satisfactory rights. I'm sharing this as to prevent other people who will be taking advantage of.

  The source are a one stop shop from innovative design to project planning for bathroom and kitchen renovation/installation solutions. Kat, the owner of The Source was my main point of contact for my bathroom and she was fantastic to say the least.
  
  I don’t usually write reviews but sometimes when you have such a good experience you feel like giving back more than payment for goods and services.
