We stumbled across this little place and was the best discovery! The meals were incredible. Have not had a curry that good in a very long time. Was impressed that there was even gluten free roti and tandoori bread! Service was great too!

My girlfriend and I needed a quiet meal on a Monday night in Hobart. This place was perfect, relaxed atmosphere, delicious food, beautiful staff and the place was immaculate. We could not fault a thing. Thanks so much guys, see you on our next trip to Tas

This was nostalgic homemade style food with subtle and well balanced flavours- having been to countless indian restaurants, it's a pleasent surprise to find one that showcases the produce and still celebrated the flavours true to the original. Thank you for lovely service, ambience and hosting. Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We got takeaway from there for Mother's Day, and it was beyond disappointing. The food was flavorless and clearly watered down. The meat platter was tough and dry, and was the smallest platter I have ever seen. We didn't ask for pappadums, yet we were charged $7 for them. The naans were rock hard in the center, and weren't garlic flavoured like they were meant to be.
2 meals were completely inedible; our kids wouldn't even touch it. The other 2 meals were edible, yet tasted like it was straight from the woolies frozen section.
We called and complained and the manager was beyond rude and handed the phone to the chef. Even after the manager finally agreed to give us a refund, he only gave us a $50 refund on a $130 meal.
We understand that times are tough with covid-19, but watering down food and trying to pass it off is disgusting, and no way to run a business.response / report this review -

My favorite flavours of India. It was the perfect Christmas dinner. Chicken Tikka, and veggie curry. Great staff and services. Nice decor and perfect location on Victory Dock. I'll be back.

Home away from home. The chilly indicator do mean something and what a delicious Mint chicken indeed. The naan bread were perfectly cooked and soft. If you are out on a date or say visiting Hobart and want some good quality indian food then I would definitely recommend this place. Customer service is excellent too.
