The food is wonderful and well priced, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the furnishings are very dated such as stains on all the chairs. The guy who cooks chicken in the glass booth will stare at you and your dining party, but he's stuck in there and has nothing else to do so give him a smile and wave, it'll make his night.

My husband and I come to Saffron house every weekend from Glen Waverley.
No reason why Saffron House hits the TOP OF THE LIST.
A taste sensation with very authentic décor to match.
Fabulous, exquisite, innovative, tongue tingling, well presented space, flavoured courses from very passionate staff who love the work.
WE ARE ALWAYS BLOWN AWAY.
THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST INDIAN FINE DINING EVER

Best Indian restaurant in the area. Has a real tandoor and a chef who knows how to use it. Great naan and chicken tikka masala. Service isn't lighting fast but is very friendly

Quite authentic flavours. Went here a few days after getting back from Mumbai and it was delicious. We had Butter Chicken and Mutton Biryani. Tasty.
