  $176 for last quarter GST and Claiming 80% of a Brand new Car.. really not recommending them to anyone. That’s really not worth coming back again

  I came into the Kalculators prospect office an it will be the last time I ever go with these guys. I was under the impression I would be fined in october if I didn’t submit a return before then. The consultant knew I had never done this before as it’s my first time submitting a return. I feel he took advantage of that completely. He told me just before he submitted it that I would not receive any money back due to the fact I wasn’t working for a full year, completely understandable. However I then get told there is still a fee of 55$. I thought about dropping out of this and going back home and saving my money. however he had already submitted it leaving me no choice. I felt put on the spot and had to pay. I’m extremely disappointed and my mum and I are still waiting on a reply from them in emails. Not to mention the lady at the front desk got incredibly impatient with me and gave me attitude because their eftpos machine was slow. Lol.

  Had been over 2 weeks of not receiving my tax return, have never waited this long in my life. Sent an email yesterday to confirm that my return had been lodged. No reply, waited 24 hours to make a phone call to confirm.
  It had only been lodged yesterday after 2 weeks and I believe that it was only lodged as I had queried it via email.
  No apology on the phone, was told “we were waiting on more information” which was incorrect.
  Extremely unhappy. Takes 2 minutes to reply to an email and let me know you had made a mistake. I shouldn’t have to follow up on your incompetence.
  Clearly I am not the only one this has happened to.
  Sort it out.
