  We had minor issues in our shower area within a year. We called the office and got an immediate response from James the supervisor/owner of the issue. He was very responsive with all our issues and sent their best man Joe L! Joe L was extremely professional and accommodated are requests over and beyond their specific requirements!! He did a great job very polite and superb worker!! 7 stars to Joe L he is a treasure for The Grout guy.
  We have and will continue referring plus using The Grout guy!! Thank you James for sending Joe L.

  Beware of "10 YEARS" warranty. I acquire their service 4 years ago and was happy with the job. I called their service again yesterday due to (again) leak on the other room. Upon knowing that it is still under warranty, the guy suddenly start tapping the tiles and now has a new conclusion saying that the problem was the tiles need to be replaced and will cost me around $6500. They should have told me that when they did it the first time rather than collecting my money. I ask for a second opinion and they said that the tiles were fine is it really the tiles or the warranty?

  Great experience with Mic of Grout Guy. Rang to say he was running behind on the another job by 15 minutes but can on time any way. Ran thru the job professionally together with colour of grout. Set up cleanly for the job with drop sheets and clean up after the job. He was friendly and professional. First experience with Grout Guy was great. Will definitely use them again and recommend my friends.
