Very focussed on the overall outcome and how the school's image may be effected by rejecting students one way or another if they find it to be necessary.
Not very accomodating for kids that need a little to a fair amount of additional help.
Seemingly casting doubt on how successfull one may become in the future.

Don't have a bullying policy. Allow disruptive children to misbehave in class. Asked my son to return playing with his bully. The head of Middle School accused me of something I didn't do and gave credence to a mother (mother of the bully) who verbally abused another mother because this poor mother was seen talking to her friend. Go figure. Not as respectable and elite as they would like to be. Horrible school.
