  The most amazing pizzas, the roast lamb is a must try!!
  
  However last time I was there I waited 15min to place an takeway order but the staff keep ingoring me and instead chose to wait on tables, even when there only a few people around. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

  I was recently reminded of my experience here from a couple of years back and it was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant.
  
  We were there on a tour and didn't realise that they had a separate tour menu. When the waitress spoke to the chef and told him that we wanted our meals takeaway, we heard the chef loud and clear as he yelled profanities about us for a minimum of 15 mins, from the moment we made our request to the point where the food was sent out. We were the only ones in the restaurant and the waitress kept apologising for the chefs rude behaviour. In the end when we got our food, we didn't have time to check it and got back on the bus.
  
  By the time we had a chance to eat, I realised that the chef had purposely burnt and over cooked everything. We waited 45 minutes for that food and everything was BLACK. It wasn't a cheap eat either. I was really disappointed with the service and the food and I definitely wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're a tourist.

  Friendly and efficient staff. Good cocktails. Delicious food.
  Wide ranging menu to suit all tastes.
  I loved the Kangaroo main.
  The others went for Tandoori chicken and an Asian prawn dish.They totally enjoyed their food. Good portions with tasty vegetables.
  Would visit again in a heartbeat!

  My food was good. 3 star
  STAFF stocking.... asked for a glass of coke 3 times..... didn't speak no English. I should have come in with the Asian.... would have got look after😳

  Came with my partner for dinner, both meals weren’t the best. My pasta was microwave heated and my partners steak was tough and fatty.

  Rude staff. Terribly long wait. Price was supposed to come to $22 but they put through $32 and made stupid excuses as to why they put it up. Very disappointed. Wouldnt suggest. Writing this while in shop.

  Terrible pizzas enough cheese to give an elephant a heart attack. Lacking flavour and so greasy and cheesy threw most of it in the bin. Very disappointing, with so many pizza places in Cowes thought it might be better.

  No wonder it's called the fat seagull !! nobody that eats in the restaurant eats there meal so the seagulls get fat. Oysters were off. And disgusting. Main meals were so average with a dead dried up 'gourmet crab' on top of a packet 'gourmet' pasta.
  Heard good things about this place but do not waste your money here.

  Overall experience here was very poor! Upon arrival our table ordered drinks, in which the order was incorrect. After waiting an hour for our meals to arrive, two out of the four were cold and had to be re-heated. Customer service also was of a poor manner and staff were inattentive towards their customers. After making a complaint to the waitress about the extreamly long wait and poor food, she was quick to dismiss any wrong doing and responded with a snappy approach. All we were seeking was an apology, however none was granted. This had been our forth time visiting this restaurant, and after serveral other unenjoyable experiances, decided to try one last time, in the hope of redeeming the restaurants previous failed attempts. This is the last time we will visit the restaurant!

  My lamb roast pizza was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. My wife's gluten free pizza was delicious also. They do gluten free brilliantly here. The waitress was great!

  The service and food were both excellent. We waited about half an hour for our meals which wasn't too unreasonable as they were quite busy. The menu was varied so there was something there to suit our family of fours individual tastes (including our 7 and 9 year olds).

  Tue night, yet quite busy. We were served promptly by very friendly waiters. The food came out quickly and was so delicious that we returned again the following night! Relaxed atmosphere, accommodating to requests, easy. Very happy both nights.
